The challenges of modern foodservice

Orders come from everywhere, expectations are high, and margins are thin. You need technology that keeps up.

Order Management Chaos

Walk-in, phone, online, kiosk, third-party delivery — orders come from everywhere. Without a unified system, things get lost, delayed, or wrong.

Kitchen Efficiency

Slow ticket times, miscommunication between front and back of house, and disorganized prep lead to poor customer experiences and wasted food.

Multi-Location Operations

Running multiple restaurants or concepts means managing different menus, pricing, staff, and operations — but you need consistency and centralized control.

Customer Loyalty & Retention

Diners have more choices than ever. Without a loyalty program and personalized engagement, you are leaving repeat business on the table.

One flow from incoming order to repeat guest

Every channel feeds the same ticket queue. Every payment closes the same loop. Every diner gets pulled back.

Common questions from operators

The questions every owner asks before they switch POS providers.

Do you integrate with third-party delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub)?
Yes. KitchenClick consolidates third-party delivery orders into the same ticket flow as your direct channels, so the kitchen sees one queue. Menu/pricing changes push out to those platforms automatically.

Can we run different menus at different locations?
Yes. DataCore supports a parent/child menu hierarchy — a shared base menu with per-location overrides for pricing, availability, and even item variations. One change at the parent flows to every store that inherits.

What hardware do we need?
KitchenClick runs on standard touchscreen tablets and printers — we publish a hardware compatibility list. Many operators bring existing hardware. For new locations we offer a recommended bundle.

How does the loyalty program work?
EngageHQ supports points-based, visit-based, and tier-based loyalty out of the box — accrual happens at the POS automatically. Targeted offers go out via email, SMS, or in-app push based on diner behavior.

What happens during an internet outage?
KitchenClick has an offline mode — orders queue locally and sync once connectivity returns. Card payments use the standard offline-authorization flow that processors support; we surface clear status to the cashier the whole time.

How long does onboarding take?
A single-location restaurant can typically be live within two to three weeks. Multi-concept or multi-location rollouts run on a phased plan we build with you during discovery.
